Expanding the Desk
The Cividesk development team is working hard to deliver even more tools from our Desk. Recently, we have made it so customers who are not using our CiviCRM Standalone can access the Desk and its resources. If you have questions about accessing the Desk contact Steve Kessler.
We have also added a File Manager utility so that users of the Desk can upload files! The icon looks like this:
When you upload files using this tool, anyone in your organization can get to the shared files making sharing files on the web a snap!
This feature has already been enabled for all our customers at no additional charge. Stay tuned as we look forward to announcing additional new features to the Desk in the coming weeks.
