According to the latest community wide survey that CiviCRM Core Team did earlier this year there is a great need for ongoing training. As CiviCRM is a very rich and powerful CRM for nonprofits, it usually requires some training to optimize its potential and to adapt it to the needs of each organization.
Cividesk clients now have access video tutorials such as: "Reporting", "Custom Fields" and "Batch Update via Profile." These are videos of the CiviTip sessions for those who can not make it to the webinar. We will be recording more sessions and adding videos regularly.
How do I access the videos? Simply sign on to the Desk and go to the Video Tutorials. We are adding new videos often so check back soon!
