Open source software is core to cividesk, and we commit to giving back to the communities building such software by actively participating in the user forums, submitting patches and enhancements to the software, and promoting such software on our website and marketing material.
We are an active contributor to the CiviCRM project, giving back to the community bug fixes, new features and extensions we are developping. Some of our contributions include:

- API key management extension
- Colorado Gives integration extension

- Add the address fields to a number of reports

We are also a founding member of the CiviCRM Service Providers Association, and do participate in a number of efforts aimed at promoting CiviCRM and/or providing value to its community:

- Creator and maintainer of CiviCRM Statistics framework
- Founder and maintainer of the LTS (Long Term Support) release of CiviCRM
