Virginie Ganivet, Co-Founder & CEO
Virginie manages Cividesk's overall operations, including the clients services team.
Virginie has a unique understanding of the needs of non-profit organizations. Her experience includes a decade working in the IT sector, followed by eight years as executive director of a non-profit. The creation of Cividesk blended her enthusiasm and aptitude for technology with her talent for successfully managing a non-profit organization.
Prior to founding Cividesk, Virginie served as the Executive Director of a Colorado based non-profit. She effectively implemented an ambitious plan which led to increased membership and donations and strengthened programs which benefited members and the business community. She accomplished this with the intensive use of CiviCRM - gaining hands-on experience that she imparts to her clients, ensuring that each organization has a customized version of CiviCRM that best fits their needs.
Before relocating to the U.S., Virginie worked in France in the areas of high-tech product marketing, communications and customer support. She earned a master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from the Ecole Supérieure d’Informatique, Electronique et Automatique (ESIEA) in Paris.
When Virginie is not busy with Cividesk, she enjoys hiking in the mountains, skiing, attending concerts and spending time with her family.
Nicolas Ganivet, Co-Founder & CTO
Nicolas leads Cividesk’s marketing and technology strategy and the technical development team.
Over the last 20 years, Nicolas has been at the forefront of technology - leveraging cutting -edge innovation for increased results and competitive advantage. He brings a wealth of experience and success in building enterprise and service-based solutions internationally, as well as leading emerging technology development and innovative solutions.
Prior to founding Cividesk, Nicolas held executive positions with Alcatel, Hewlett-Packard, TSI Systems and several emerging new technology start-up ventures. He earned his master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from the Ecole Supérieure d’Informatique, Electronique et Automatique (ESIEA) in Paris.
Born in the beautiful French Alps, Nicolas thoroughly enjoys the Colorado Rocky Mountains he has made as his new home.
Timothée Colmet Daâge, Client Project Manager
From on-boarding new customers to mentoring our customers on their daily usage of CiviCRM, Timothée manages our customer projects by clarifying client needs, adapting their workflow with CiviCRM, providing them with consulting sessions and coordinating Cividesk and sub-contracted resources to ensure a successful and on-schedule project delivery, as well as be responsible for all Quality Assurance aspects. Thanks to his past experiences as a technical process manager in Europe and China, as well as an entrepreneur, he feels right at home helping translate information between teams, whether they speak a different culture or a different computer lanquage.
After studying computer science in France and Germany, Timothée spent ten years in Beijing, China, where he worked with Fortune 50 clients before starting his own business in the outdoor industry. In 2014 he moved to the San Francisco Bay Area with his American wife where he worked at the French American Chamber of Commerce before joining the Cividesk team.
When he is not meeting with customers, Timothée is often seen outdoor, backcountry-skiing or climbing the Sierras with his wife and dog. He is also a resident flutist at the San Francisco Civic Symphony Orchestra.
Yashodha Chaku, Technical Manager
Yashodha has been a member of the CiviCRM core team since the very begining. After graduating from college with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science (Pune University), she started working for CiviCRM. She has always been amazed by the sheer amount of enthusiasm and expertise that community members bring to the table and is now excited to be transitioned as part of this amazing community from being a core team member to someone who will work alongside CiviCRM's customers. Yashodha has seen CiviCRM grow from its nascent stages and is really proud of how far it has come and is keen to contribute back to its steady growth while working with Cividesk.
She has previously been responsible for the various CiviCRM releases which included coordinating with the core team to ensure quick fixes for any outstanding issues, project managing for the India team in addition to working on various pieces of the software.
Born in Kashmir, Yashodha currently lives in Bangalore with her family. She's passionate about traveling, hiking, cooking and spending time with her daughter.
