Coming soon .. CiviCRM upgrade

As part of our service plan we have planned a major CiviCRM upgrade in the coming weeks. As usual, this upgrade will bring many new features including:

• a brand new, more modern user interface
• improvements to fundraising:
  • support for partial payments, including editing by end-users
  • more controls over Authorize,net receipting
  • custom data sets can now apply to a single financial type
• improvements to membership management:
  • ability to set the end date for a membership override
• improvements to emailing and communications
  • ability to pause a mailing to allow for a more urgent message to be sent
• other general and user interface improvements:
  • simplify the advanced search screen by removing unused search fields
  • more configurable dedupe lookups when adding a contact
  • schedule reminders based on membership start date, registration start date, registration end date
  • invoice number and invoice reference fields available in the book keeping report
  • new civicrm menu bar adding mobile responsiveness, icons, configurable colors

We have already begun rolling out this update to our first clients, and will continue the rollout over the next few weeks.
