Contextual Help is available now for all our customers
We are happy to announce that the HelpTab extension is available to all our customers as part of the default configuration of their CiviCRM.
The HelpTab extension provides contextual help for CiviCRM: on any back-office CiviCRM page a little tab appears on the right side of your screen. Clicking on that tab will bring up a list of articles related to this page, clicking on the article's title will open it in a new tab.
For example you are in the Manage Groups page, help articles will be about how about to manage groups. No need to leave the page and go to the online CiviCRM documentation.
The articles, or help items, do come from the Cividesk Knowledge Base that contains more than 100 FAQs and is updated by our customer support team on a regular basis but also from various sources including the User and Administrator Manual, the Wiki, and Stack Exchange.
