Effectively Managing Special Events in CiviCRM - NEW training class

Learn how to effectively manage your Special Events using CiviCRM in this new on-line training. We will explore concrete examples of different special events (gala, golf tournament and conference) and the particulars of creating pricing and registration options for each event. 
We will share best practices for registering multiple participants and how to configure your on-line registration page profiles to accommodate the different options. We will also discuss how to manage volunteers for an event using CiviVolunteer, configure early bird pricing with and without a price set, and manage a waitlist and participant approval for events.
