Learn how to customize your CiviCRM database

Is your CiviCRM database personalized to your organization's needs, or are you continuing to use the default fields in CiviCRM? Make the most of your database and learn how to gather and store custom data in CiviCRM in order to improve communication with your constituents and better accomplish the goals of your non-profit.

Join us online on March 23rd at 10 am MT to learn best practices for custom data management in CiviCRM. “Customize your CiviCRM database with Custom Fields and Profiles” will guide you through the process of creating custom fields that will allow you to store data unique to your organization. We will cover the different options available for gathering and storing information, whether it be related to a contact or specific to a particular event. You will then learn how to gather custom data directly from constituents on your website through the use of a profile. This class will uncover all the “need to know” basics of creating and using profiles that gather data. We will also explore the other beneficial uses for profiles in CiviCRM.

This is an Intermediate level (green) class suitable for CiviCRM users with some experience, who are already comfortable with basic functions.
