Highland Hospital Foundation increases their donations and event participants with CiviCRM
 

The Highland Hospital Foundation is the 501(c)3 fundraising organization of HHA, Inc.  The mission of the Foundation is to enable and assist HHA, Inc. in maintaining quality behavioral health treatment programs.  As the philanthropic arm of HHA, Inc., the Highland Hospital Foundation supports the delivery of behavioral health services to patients of all ages and contributes to the overall quality of life in their community by providing financial assistance. 

Cividesk recently spoke with Gail Carter, Development Officer of the foundation about her experiences using CiviCRM.

The Women's Fund of Santa Barbara (WFSB) is a collective donor group that enables women to combine their charitable donations into significant grants focused on the critical needs of women, children and families in Santa Barbara.  The organization is run exclusively by a team of volunteers.

Yoga for the People (YFP) is a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit organization in Denver, Colorado. They believe that all people should have access to the benefits of a consistent yoga practice, and one of our primary operations is pairing volunteer yoga teachers with host-sites. As a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit organization, Yoga for the People relies on the generosity of the community to meet its mission. They could not afford the services of a consultant to setup a CRM.

The South High Foundation provides financial assistance and support for student programs at South High School located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Their goal is to enhance the students’ overall high school experience by funding enrichment activities relationf to their academic, cultural and  extracurricular activities.

CiviCRM – A perfect fit for a Chamber of Commerce
 

The Italy America Chamber of Commerce (IACC) of Texas provides business related services to Italian companies interested in doing business in the US and to the Italian-American business community in Texas. The chamber hosts Italian delegations in various business sectors and arranges meetings to assist them in finding partners or investment opportunities. They also provide translation and interpretation services for the Italian Consulate, organize networking and business events and advertise employment information to the community. In addition to their Houston office, they have branches in Austin and New Orleans, Louisiana.

Due to circumstances beyond their control related to their previous hosting provider, PACH was recently forced to find a new host for their Joomla website and CiviCRM. In addition, PACH has one volunteer in charge of CiviCRM which manages more than 450 volunteers and supporter contacts. They recognized the need for a solid support team in the event that this volunteer becomes unavailable or is unable to resolve an issue. They had asked several CiviCRM providers, but it was difficult to find one that could host and support Joomla, until they found Cividesk.
