This 2-hour online training session is designed for current users of CiviCRM that have experience using various modules in CiviCRM.

Learn how to customize your database without programming with custom fields and profiles.

Within addition to pre-built data fields, CiviCRM gives you the power to customize your information via custom data fields – fields that are defined and built by you to record and collect information specific to your organization.

Profiles with the combination of custom fields are a powerful tool that are used to collect data, simplify data input, update batch data and to display data to the user and to the public.

During this two hour training you will learn how to:

• Create custom data sets and configure the related settings 
• Add custom fields and learn when to use the different data and input types
• Understand how profiles can be used in CiviCRM with concrete examples
• Create profiles and add fields to the profile
• Configure the advanced settings of profiles
• Post a profile on a website
