This 2-hour online training session is designed for current users of CiviCRM that have experience using various modules in CiviCRM.

In addition to pre-built data fields, CiviCRM gives you the power to customize your information via custom data fields – fields that are defined and built by you to record and collect information specific to your organization. Learn how to customize your database without programming using custom fields and profiles. Profiles are used to collect data from your constituents and to display data to the user and the public on your website. This class will explain the many uses of profiles and provide specific examples of how to use profiles in a variety of different ways.
