This 2-hour online training session is designed for new users of CiviCRM or organizations who are current users, but have new staff to train.

The Contact Management session or knowledge of managing contacts with CiviCRM is a prerequisite for this session.

During this two hour training you will learn how to:

  • Create an Event Template
  • Create an Event Information Page
  • Manage Event Fees and Price Sets
  • Understand the Event Dashboard
  • Create an Online Event Registration Page
  • Manage discounts
  • Register a Participant manually
  • Promote an event through emailing
  • Promote an event on your calendar
  • Track and follow-up with participants (before and after the event)
  • Create Name Badges
  • Manage Attendee List and Participant Status
  • Create Event Reports

You’ll leave this training with new skills as well as best practices for managing events with CiviCRM.

This training will be conducted in CiviCRM 4.4.
