This 2-hour online training session is designed for new users of CiviCRM or organizations who are current users, but have new staff to train.

The Contact Management session or knowledge of managing contacts with CiviCRM is a prerequisite for this session.

  • Understand the Membership Dashboard
  • Membership and Contributions
  • On-line Membership Signup and Renewal Pages
  • Add a new Membership manually
  • Renew a Membership
  • Manage Automatic Renewal Reminders
  • Create Membership Report
  • Manage discounts

You’ll leave this training with new skills as well as best practices for managing members with CiviCRM.

This training will be conducted in CiviCRM 4.4.
