This 2-hour online group training session is designed for new users of CiviCRM or organizations who are current users, and have new staff to train or are in need of a refresher course.

The Contact Management session or knowledge of managing contacts with CiviCRM is a prerequisite for this session.

During this two hour training you will learn how to:

  • Create Financial Types and Premiums
  • Understand the Contribution Dashboard
  • Search and export contributions
  • Create an Online Contribution Page
  • Manually Add a Contribution
  • Perform Batch Data Entry
  • Manage Receipts and Thank You Letters
  • Manage Pledges, Recurring Contributions and Soft Credit
  • Create Personal Campaign Pages
  • Create Contribution Reports

You’ll leave this training with new skills as well as best practices for managing contributions with CiviCRM.

This training will be conducted in CiviCRM 4.4.
