This 2-hour online training session is designed for new users of CiviCRM, organizations who are current users and have new staff to train or those in need of a refresher course. Many intermediate level users also find these courses helpful in learning best practices.

The Contact Management session or knowledge of managing contacts with CiviCRM is a prerequisite for this session.

During this two hour training you will learn how to:

  • Configure Membership Types
  • Manage Membership Status and Rules
  • Utilize the Membership Dashboard
  • Manage Memberships and related Contributions
  • Create an on-line Membership Signup and Renewal Page
  • Add a new Membership manually
  • Renew a Membership manually
  • Manage Automatic Renewal Reminders
  • Create Membership Reports
  • Create membership discounts

You’ll leave this training with new skills as well as best practices for managing members with CiviCRM.

This training will be conducted in CiviCRM 4.4.
