This 2-hour online training session is designed for new users of CiviCRM or organizations who are current users, and have new staff to train or are in need of a refresher course.

The Contact Management session or knowledge of managing contacts with CiviCRM is a prerequisite for this session.

During this two hour training you will learn how to:

  • Add new event types and review participant roles & status
  • Create Online Event Information & Registration pages
  • Manage Event Fees (early bird pricing) and Price Sets
  • Utilize the Event Dashboard for management of your event
  • Manage event discounts
  • Register a Participant manually
  • Promote an event through emailing and on your calendar
  • Track and follow-up with participants before and after the event
  • Create Name Badges
  • Create an Attendee List and manage Participant Status
  • Create Event Reports

You’ll leave this training with new skills as well as best practices for managing events with CiviCRM.

This training will be conducted in CiviCRM 4.4.
