This 2-hour online group training session is designed for new users of CiviCRM, those in need of a refresher course or organizations who are current users and have new staff to train.

During this two hour training you will learn how to:

  • Manage contacts, create groups and send an email
  • Add new financial types that are customized to your organization
  • Create Premiums (thank you gifts) 
  • Search for Contributions and modify the way results are displayed
  • Export contributions into CSV format
  • Create an Online Donation page
  • Manually Add a Contribution/Several contributions at one time
  • Manage Invoices, Receipts and End of year Thank You Letters
  • Manage Pledges, Recurring Contributions and Soft Credit
  • Use Personal Campaign Pages to increase your donations
  • Create a Contribution Report

You’ll leave this training with new skills as well as best practices for managing contributions with CiviCRM.
