Cancellation and Reschedule Policy:

  • Cancellation and/or Reschedule requests must be received by email.
  • Requests to reschedule are accepted with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
  • In case of a cancellation with a 48 hours notice, the training fee will be fully refunded. If you cancel less than 2 business days prior to the training, your training fee will not be refunded.
  • Cividesk reserves the right to cancel training at any time. If Cividesk cancels the training, you are entitled to a full refund of the course fee, or your course fee can be credited toward a future training which would be scheduled at your convenience based upon availability. Cividesk reserves the right to reschedule training at any time.

Refund Requests as a Result of Technical Issues:

  • If a technical failure at the attendee's home or workplace prevents access to the live webinar, the attendee will not be given a refund. It is the responsibility of the attendee to confirm system requirements and test their computers prior to the start of the webinar.
  • If the webinar is cancelled because of a technical failure, a full refund will be provided.
